These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you (“you”) and Real Technocy LLC, doing business as Real Technocy Group (“Real Technocy Group,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of https://www.realtechnocy.com and any related media, mobile sites, tools, or services (collectively, the “Site”).
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. We may update these Terms at any time; the “Effective Date” above reflects the latest version.
The Site, its content, features, and functionality (including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, code, and design) are owned by or licensed to Real Technocy Group and are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.
All trademarks, logos, and service marks are our property or our licensors’. You may not use them without prior written permission.
By using the Site, you represent that: (a) you are at least 18 years old and have capacity to contract; (b) the information you provide is true, accurate, current, and complete; (c) you will maintain and promptly update such information; and (d) you will comply with these Terms and applicable law.
You may need an account to access some features. You are responsible for safeguarding your login and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to: (a) access or use the Site for unlawful purposes; (b) bypass, probe, or disrupt security or integrity; (c) copy, scrape, spider, or harvest data without consent; (d) reverse engineer or modify the Site; (e) upload malware or harmful code; (f) infringe rights of others; (g) send spam or abusive content; or (h) use the Site to provide competing services.
If you submit content (e.g., reviews, comments, files, messages) (“User Content”), you are solely responsible for it and warrant you own or have rights to it and it does not violate law or third-party rights. We may remove or disable any User Content at our discretion.
By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display it for operating, improving, and promoting the Site and our services.
Reviews must reflect a truthful, firsthand experience, avoid confidential or private information, and not contain profanity, discrimination, harassment, or illegal content. We may moderate or remove reviews that violate these guidelines.
The Site may allow linking to or interacting with social media. Your use of social features is subject to those platforms’ terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party platforms.
Any ideas, proposals, or suggestions you send (“Submissions”) are non-confidential and non-proprietary. We may use them without restriction or compensation to you.
The Site may include links to third-party websites, content, or services. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for third-party resources or their practices. Your use is at your own risk.
We reserve the right to: (a) monitor the Site for violations; (b) take legal action for violations; (c) restrict or disable access; (d) remove or edit content; and (e) manage the Site to protect our rights and ensure proper functioning.
Some services (for example, application screening, administrative processing, or hold deposits) require payment via our third-party processors. Screening and administrative fees are non-refundable once processing begins. You authorize charges to your chosen method and agree to cooperate in resolving payment issues. Initiating chargebacks without first contacting us may result in suspension of services.

Personal information is handled per our Privacy Policy (Effective Oct 7, 2025) available at https://realtechnocy.com/privacy-policy. That policy explains the collection, use, sharing, and protection of personal information, including rental screening data.
These Terms remain in effect while you use the Site. We may suspend or terminate access to the Site (in whole or part) at any time with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue the Site or any part of it at any time. We are not liable for downtime, maintenance windows, or interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
These Terms and your use of the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
You agree that exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site lies in the state and federal courts located in Harris County, Texas. Each party waives objections to such venue and jurisdiction.
Nothing here prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief to protect intellectual property or data security.
The Site may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including availability and descriptions. We reserve the right to correct or update such information without prior notice.
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM; OR (B) $100. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; YOUR RIGHTS MAY VARY.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Real Technocy LLC/Real Technocy Group and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Site, User Content, violation of these Terms, or infringement of rights.
We will maintain certain data that you transmit for the purpose of managing the Site and our services. You are solely responsible for all data you transmit or that relates to activity you undertake using the Site.
You consent to receive electronic communications from us (email, SMS) and agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. You consent to electronic signatures and records for transactions with us.
If any complaint with us is not satisfactorily resolved, you may contact the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs in writing at 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, CA 95834, or by telephone at (800) 952-5210 or (916) 445-1254.
These Terms and any policies or rules posted on the Site constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign to an affiliate or successor. We support equal housing opportunity and comply with applicable fair housing laws.
