This policy addresses privacy only—your separate agreements regarding fees, selection criteria, and screening authorization appear on the application page and in other documents.

We may receive limited details (last four digits, card brand, payment status) and maintain transaction/purchase history for your interactions with us.
   

Communications & Contact Data

• Records of communications (calls, voicemails, texts, emails), phone numbers used to contact us, message metadata, support tickets. We do not access your device contact list unless you provide references.

Screening Authorization Note: The screening fee funds third‑party checks. By submitting a rental application, you authorize us to use your identifiers (e.g., SSN, DOB) to obtain consumer reports for tenant screening and to share relevant results as described below.

We do not sell personal information. We share information only as needed to operate our Services:

• Screening vendors/consumer reporting agencies to verify identity and obtain credit, eviction, address‑history, and criminal background reports
   
• The specific property owner/landlord, property manager, and listing agent for the property you apply to
   
• Payment processors/financial institutions to process application, screening, administrative, and hold‑deposit payments (these providers handle bank routing/account numbers and card details under their security programs)
   
• Housing authorities (when applicable to voucher processing)
   
• Service providers (IT/hosting, secure storage, communications) under confidentiality
   
• Legal/Compliance: to comply with law, protect rights/safety, or in a merger/acquisition
   

We do not disclose full credit/debit card numbers or full bank account credentials to landlords/agents.

We employ administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of your information (encryption in transit/at rest where applicable, access controls, vendor due diligence). Payment card data is processed by PCI‑compliant processors; ACH by compliant financial providers. No system is 100% secure.

Our Services are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we collected such information, we will delete it promptly.

• Access/Correction/Deletion: Contact us using the information below. We may retain certain data as required or permitted by law and recordkeeping needs.
   
• Marketing Preferences: You can opt out of marketing emails/SMS at any time (unsubscribe link or reply STOP). We may still send non‑marketing notices (e.g., application or account messages).
   
• Screening/Adverse Action: If a decision is made based in whole or part on a consumer report, we will provide an Adverse Action Notice with the reporting agency’s contact so you can obtain a copy and dispute accuracy directly.
   

• Data Incidents: If a data security incident affects your personal information, we will provide timely notice consistent with Texas law and other applicable requirements.
   
• Retention & Disposal: We retain application and screening records only as long as reasonably necessary to complete screening, make leasing decisions, comply with law, and maintain records (typically up to 5 years). We then dispose of records using secure methods (e.g., shredding, cryptographic wiping).
